Three Generations of Entrepreneurship
That's my grandfather in his hobby shop in Alton, Illinois. He built it from nothing and showed up every day for the people who counted on him.
My father did the same, building and running his own businesses. I grew up watching both of them, and I founded Auron Capital to find a business I can do that for.

Yuri Hardin
Founder & Principal
A third-generation entrepreneur, Yuri grew up in his father's business and saw firsthand what it takes to build and run a company. He founded Auron Capital to own and operate one of his own.
Yuri has spent his career buying and growing family- and founder-owned businesses, playing a key role in closing more than 20 acquisitions representing over $130 million in value. He has worked alongside management teams, including helping grow an early education platform from the ground up to more than a dozen schools.
Before founding Auron Capital, Yuri held roles at Boyne Capital, SIG Partners, GenRock Capital Management, and Hartford Investment Management Company.
Yuri earned his B.S. in Finance from Brigham Young University, where he played collegiate ice hockey. He is an Eagle Scout.
